Thanks to a helicopter ride through southern France, the successful former couple of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt located the “Château Miraval.” They were so captivated by it that in 2008, they rented it with an option to purchase it. Finally, they ended up buying it for around € 60M.

The Château Miraval is surrounded by ancient forests, olive trees, vineyards and natural water sources. From their lands they produce an excellent wine, one that is associated with the Perrin family, who are expert winemakers.

In 2017, at the request of Jolie, a new product was created by Château Miraval, an organic extra virgin olive oil. L’Huiled’oliveMiraval is packaged in black stoneware bottles and contains Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is extracted from the olives from the estate.

Pitt and Jolie were secretly married in this castle in 2014, which has also been used as the recording site of the well-known album «The Wall» by Pink Floyd. In 2016, the procedures for their separation began. Nevertheless, this has not prevented them from continuing to produce an excellent EVOO and great wine.
