It has quite a strategic location, since you can access it by the coastal road Athens-Soudio, and by sea through the Tourist port of Lavrion. Also, Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport of Athens is just 25 minutes away, so this island is considered one of the most profitable and urban areas of Greece.

About half of the surface on the northeastern part of the island contains arable land. Also, there are dense shrubs, thickets, pine trees and 150 goats that graze the island.

Being that this is an island close to where Athena made the first olive tree grow, it could not be lacking in olive trees. There are 5050 traditional rainfed olive trees distributed over a little over 50 hectares of area that produce more than 70.000 kg of EVOO of the Koroneiki variety. This oil is produced in a single-line mill, with an area destined to the reception of the fruit, with a capacity of grinding of 20,000 kg of olives daily and a small cellar where they store this unique oil. This is what makes this island an iconic place, one which is coveted by various investors.
